We started using EZFacility in July 2010 shortly before opening our new flagship Gym and Personal Training Studio in Notting Hill. The system was initially used to sell customer packages, schedule PT sessions, pay PT’s, manage client packages and track client progress. Once the Gym opened we expanded our EZFacility service to include the membership module and merchant account billing services. Being able to charge clients automatically for their membership and PT packages/purchases via credit or debit card has improved our cash flow dramatically. Clients no longer need bring a card to the gym to make purchases on their account and package renewals are instantaneous.
