The Motivational Weight Management Clinics (MWM) first integrated EZ Facility in three of their centres in late 2007. The software was put in place to improve on the paper based systems that were rapidly proving more and more time consuming and prone to error.

The MWM clinics provide weight management programmes for their members via regular support/motivational meetings with their weight management consultants and the implementation of a proven nutrition plan. Keeping track of client’s appointments, client’s nutritional purchases, stock levels, staff timetables etc was becoming increasingly difficult as the customer base rapidly expanded. In addition the MWM Franchise HQ needed a system that ensured all clinics were working to the same high standards and procedures.

EZ Facility’s integration enabled clinic staff to keep accurate records of attendance, programme stage, product sales and most importantly the benefit they were providing to their customers; accurate records of progress and proven weight loss via customisable assessment categories. Customisable franchise-wide reports were also made available at the click of a button.

The result - A system that provides superb day to day usability combined with performance and financial reports at the drop of a button.
