We’ve been using EZFacility to manage Brighton Ballet School since September 2010. Prior to installing EZFacility we ran our classes via a combination of excel and paper records. Trying to keep accurate records of class attendance, who’d booked and who hadn’t, who’d paid and who hadn’t etc was a nightmare. In addition, the constant phone calls and texts from customers trying to book classes or cancel/re-arrange classes was a constant battle.

EZFacility provided the perfect answer. Classes were listed online via our website and seamlessly linked to the EZFacility system. This enabled us to show class times, set class limits, show who was booked in for which class and combine online bookings with phone or walk in bookings. The communication problems experienced soon diminished as customers were able to book online, update their personal records and view up and coming classes for future terms. In Addition EZFacility allowed us to accurately report on the business’s overall financials. Reports showing outstanding payments, overall performance, revenue per class and predicted revenue for future terms could all be generated in seconds.

The System has really allowed us to get all our administrative processes in order and concentrate on the real business of growing the number of classes we provide. Since EZFacility was installed we’ve been able to accurately gauge which classes are commonly over-subscribed and put on more classes to cater for these areas. In short, business growth has improved and time spent on basis administration has drastically reduced. We would happily recommend EZFacility to any Dance School.

About Brighton Ballet School

Brighton Ballet School offers a wide range of classes to students of all ages and abilities, from beginners to Advanced levels, as well as vocational training. In addition to these classes All students can be entered for exams in Classical Ballet BBO Syllabus approximately once a year, although vocational students are often entered for exams when they are ready. Exams take place locally in Brighton, however the higher levels have to be taken at the BBO’s Head Quarters in Barnes, London.
